Usage and Dosage
The usual adult dose is 0.3 to 0.6 milligrams (1 to 2 tablets) of nitroglycerin sublingually. If there is no effect within a few minutes after administration of angina pectoris, add 0.3-0.6mg (1-2 tablets of this drug).
The dosage should be adjusted according to age and symptoms.
Precautions
Main side effects: cerebral anemia, decreased blood pressure, fever, internal heat, palpitations, headache, nausea/vomiting. For such symptoms, please consult a doctor or pharmacist.
